Some products like the 1st and 2nd cut brisket only has sea salt. Products like BBQ chicken contain also spices like garlic powder paprika and other similar spices.

The meat chips stay fresh for at least 6 months when the bag is sealed. Once opened, we recommend eating them within 3 days or storing them in the refrigerator for optimal freshness.
