The meat chips stay fresh for at least 6 months when the bag is sealed. Once opened, we recommend eating them within 3 days or storing them in the refrigerator for optimal freshness.
Primal Krisp is made fresh in small batches. Even if an item appears in stock on the website, it may not be ready to ship immediately.
Cancellation: We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, sometimes the same day. You may contact us at support@primalkrisp.com before the carrier picks up your order. Refunds will not be honored if the product has already been shipped.

Yes! Due to warmer temperatures, we recommend placing your Primal Krisp in the fridge upon arrival. It’s best enjoyed chilled for optimal taste and texture.
