No, and we don't want it to be. Most beef jerky is marinated in sugar and has a chewy texture that takes real effort to eat. Ours is sliced super thin and dehydrated until it's crispy — light and easy to eat, made with just meat and a few simple spices.
How much protein is in a bag?
Depending on the flavor, roughly 30 to 40 grams of protein per 2oz bag — up to 40g at the top end. Check the nutrition panel on any product page for the exact grams per flavor.
How is it made?
Real cuts of beef or chicken are sliced paper-thin and dehydrated until they crisp up. No frying, no grains, no fillers, no artificial junk — which is why the ingredient list stays as short as it does.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
No. Sealed bags stay fresh for at least 6 months at room temperature. Once you open a bag, eat it within about 3 days or keep it in the fridge for best freshness.
