Can't find it? Search your email for "Primal Krisp" — it's in the first message we sent you. Check spam if it's not in your inbox.
Why isn't my code working?
The usual reasons:
- It's a one-time code and it's been used. Welcome codes work once per customer.
- It's for a specific product or first order only. Most of our codes are for first-time orders.
- Codes don't stack. Subscribe & Save already includes 6% off and free shipping, so promo codes don't apply on top of it — and only one code works per order.
- Typo. Copy and paste instead of typing.
I forgot to use my code. Can you help?
