When will my order ship?
Same day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship that day from our facility in Connecticut. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend go out Monday. We don't ship on Shabbos or Jewish holidays, so if you're ordering right before a holiday, expect a short delay.
How do I track it?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking link as soon as your order leaves the building. You can also see it anytime under My orders at the top of this help center.
If your tracking says "label created" or "waiting for details" for a day or so, that's normal — UPS hasn't scanned the box yet. It updates once the package is picked up.
How long does delivery take?
Everything ships UPS Ground from Connecticut. Business days after ship-out:
- New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut: 1 day
- Rest of New England, Delaware, Maryland, DC: 1–2 days
- Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee: 2–3 days
- Florida: 2–3 days
- Texas, Missouri, Minnesota, the Plains states, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana: 3–4 days
- Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico: 4 days
- California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana: 4–5 days
Order Monday before 1 PM from New Jersey and it's at your door Tuesday. Add a day or two around major holidays.
My tracking hasn't moved in days
UPS occasionally goes quiet for 48–72 hours and then the package shows up. If it's been more than 3 business days with no scan, or tracking says delivered and you don't have it, message us with your order number. Check with neighbors and your building's package room first — "delivered" to the wrong door is the most common cause.
